Commerical Warranty
Jiashan Harness warrants the manufactured product (“Product”) against material defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of One (1) Year from the date of invoice.
Jiashan Harness, at its option, shall either repair the Product, replace it with the same or equivalent product.
This express limited warranty is extended by Jiashan Harness to the purchaser of the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any other party. This is the complete warranty for the Product manufactured by Jiashan Harness. Jiashan Harness cannot be responsible in any way for any ancillary equipment not furnished by Jiashan Harness, which is attached to or used in connection with the Product.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from use of the Product in other than its normal and customary manner; defects or damage from misuse, accident, water or neglect; defects or damage from improper testing, operation, alteration, modification; or adjustment to the Product without Jiashan Hanress’s prior written consent.
This warranty sets forth the full extent of Jiashan Harness’s responsibilities regarding the Product. Repair or replacement at Jiashan Hanress’s option, is the exclusive remedy. THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. JIASHAN HARNESS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF JIASHAN HARNESS AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL JIASHAN HARNESS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
